Originally begun as Clarke & Reed the business was renamed in 1993 to become Leaders Insurance Agencies. The office has established and maintained many long-term relationships with clients, some going back to 1968. Leaders has been a 3 time Winner of the Tri-Cities Best Broker, awarded by the TriCity News. Staffed by a team with deep industry experience, high professional standards and the ability to provide a very wide range of products, Leaders is widely recognized as the outstanding Insurance Broker in the Tri Cities area.

Original from the Azores, Portugal, Rosa has 37 years of personal lines and commercial experience. She has worked for insurance companies as well as in the brokerage side and is well connected within the insurance community. Rosa brings valuable experience in all types of commercial insurance and has led Leaders to become one of the best commercial insurance brokers in the Tri-Cities area.

Kaiser Zaver has over 30 years experience within the insurance industry, He is familiar, and qualified, in personal lines, commercial and life insurance. He provides a wide range of services to clients and has many long-term clients.
Marcy Llemos

Marcy has 11 years of insurance experience in personal lines. Specializes in commercial lines and has become proficient in designing coverages to fit a variety of commercial risks. Marcy has 15 years of insurance experience.
